Jail authorities want Sena chief shifted to Beur

<div class="section1"><div class="Normal"><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">ARA: Jail superintendent of the Ara Divisional Jail, M Hasan is learnt to have written a letter to the additional home commissioner-cum-inspector general (jail) recently for the transfer of the alleged chief of Ranbir Sena, Brahmeshwar Prasad Singh alias Mukhiya to the Adarsh Central Jail, Beur, Patna from here for various reasons.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">In the letter, Hasan has urged the government to keep Mukhiya deprived of his production in the court for six months.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">Sources said Ranbir Sena supremo had written letter to the jail administration on two occasions, fearing threat on his life while being taken for his production in the Court.Jail superintendent, in his letter has stated that two cases against Mukhiya are pending in the Patna Court and the jail administration was receiving repeated directives for his production in the court there. But, due to unavoidable reasons he can''t be produced in the court there.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">Jail superintendent said activities of Mukhiya were against the administration and he often made efforts to put pressure on the administration verbally.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">His presence in the Ara Divisional Jail has provoked groupism among inmates. Mukhiya''s outburst against the jail administration and a section of jail inmates has divided the jail inmates into separate groups, sources said adding it has caused apprehensions of violent clash between the groups. Jail superintendent''s letter said that letter for his transfer from here had been written to the district administration on an earlier occasion also but the jail administration could not get administrative nod in this connection. Sources said that a copy of the said letter has also been sent to the Bhojpur DM.</span></div> </div>
